Boaters are pleased to offer our customers both UK and International delivery services.
Mainland UK delivery is charged at £4 for orders under £40 we offer a free delivery service for orders over £40.
International and non-mainland
UK address deliveries are charged on a weight, volume and destination basis and may include additional taxes
and import charges levied by local customs, for example the US Food & Drug Administration charge.

Delivery Times
|
|
We always try to despatch your order as soon as possible and orders are
normally delivered within 3 working days, but we do ask that you allow up to 7-10 working days
for delivery, especially at busy times of the year. International deliveries will be processed in the same
manner as our UK deliveries but due to courier schedules, delivery normally takes 7 working days.
We do not currently offer next day, Saturday or timed deliveries, however, some ordes may arrive on a Saturday when
delivered with the Royal Mail. We do not deliver on bank holidays or Sundays.

Delivery Terms

We will accept your request to deliver your order on the understanding that you agree with the following terms...
- We will deliver to the address and postcode as you enter it and accept no liability for late
or failed delivery due to an incorrect address. If you are unsure, please
click here to check your delivery address.
- We accept orders to addresses containing a PO Box number or FREEPOST addresses but accept no liability
if the order cannot be delivered as a result of invalid/expired addresses.
- Addition local custom charges / port taxes are to be paid for by the receipient though we will always
do our uttermost to ensure that the delivery charge quoted includes these and they are paid for before despatch.
- Delivery to certain UK postcodes (as detailed below) will take longer due to their remote locations and we cannot be held responsible for delays as a result of sending to these destinations.
- The Republic of Ireland, The Channel Islands and Isle of Man are considered to be outside the UK and are charged in accordance with our international delivery service calculations.
- We reserve the right to suspend delivery to certain locations and/or countries as a result of continual
delivery problems or political instability. Customers with pending orders will be notified accordingly.

The following postcode locations within the UK are deemed remote or out of area, and as such may result
in longer delivery time frames than the rest of the UK. We regret that this is due to the courier services
available and currently, we have no means of reducing the delivery leadtimes.
