Products
|
Products and packaging may be substituted at any time without prior notice.
When this is necessary we will substitute for an equal or higher priced item but we will
endeavour to contact you first before making any substitutions.
Please be aware that certain products that we sell cannot be exported to certain destinations around the world
due to import and custom restrictions. In the event that your order is subject to these restrictions, we will
endeavour to contact you to advise and ask how you wish for us to proceed. If we unable to make contact within
a reasonable time period, we will remove the affected items from your order, refund where applicable and ship
the rest of your order to you, enclosing details of the reason why this was.

Payment
|
We accept Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Maestro, together with postal orders and cheques
for orders placed via post. All orders are credit card sanctioned prior to dispatch, so it is very
important to verify that the details you provide us with are correct. It is necessary due to increased
security checks implemented by the majority of banks and building societies for you to supply the
registered address of the credit card holder, which is will be used to validate your order with your
credit card company. We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for an order being held as a result
of incorrect or invalid payment details being supplied to us.
The total value of your order will be displayed on the order confirmation screen when you place your
order with us, and will be display in pound sterling. Please note that if you are ordering from outside
the UK, the appropriate exchange rate will applied.

VAT
|

Many of our products do not include a VAT element as they are exempt under UK law, however
where applicable, all prices include VAT at the appropriate rate, (currently 17.5%). If you
are eligible to reclaim this sales tax, on request we can supply you with a VAT receipt.

Consumer Protection
|
|
In the unlikely event that your payment card is used fraudulently to make a purchase with
Boaters Coffee Company, you are entitled by law to cancel the said payment(s). If payment
has already been made, you are entitled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Distance
Selling Regulation (2000), to a re-credit or to have all sums returned to you by the card issuer.
